The testing services are being conducted by a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty and technicians.
Proud to mention that the Centre for Civil Testing and Consultancy has been accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL - TC 11613). The Centre for Civil Testing and Consultancy offers comprehensive testing for building materials (more than 150) to the Central Government, State Government, Quasi-Government, Corporate and Private Sectors. The testing facilities are being utilized by the Public Works Department, Salem City Municipal Corporation, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, National and State Highways, Southern Railways, Vee technologies, GMS, IVRCL, Baskaran & Co and other construction sectors. Most importantly, the Centre for Civil Testing and Consultancy is specialized in conducting the Standard Penetration Test to determine safe bearing capacity of soil (more than 600) by hydraulic auger boring and also expertise in rock mapping. The Centre has carried out the concrete mix design (more than 750) to the Buildings, Roads, Railways, Apartments, High Rise buildings, Multi-storey buildings, etc
